Madison Cullinan
special assistant to the President and Board
Madison Cullinan is the special assistant to the President and Board at Refugees International. Prior to joining Refugees International, Madison was a Humanitarian Assistance Officer at the US Agency for International Development where she was responsible for managing humanitarian assistance and disaster relief programs for refugees and displaced populations in Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, and Yemen.
Madison holds a master’s degree in conflict resolution with a focus on humanitarian emergencies, refugees, and migration from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in public policy and Arabic from Duke University.
