The Thai navy has been accused of tying up four illegal immigrants, tossing them into the ocean and abandoning hundreds of others in open water, where 300 drowned. Refugees International called on the Thai Government to immediately halt its policy of pushing refugees and migrants intercepted on boats back out to sea, which it says contravenes accepted standards of international law.
