IPS: Africa- Security Council Urged to Protect Civilians

Diplomats for the U.N. Security Council will be in Africa from June 1 to June 10. Activists strongly urge them to address the human rights situations in the DR Congo, Sudan, Somalia, Chad, and Uganda.
