Hundreds of Iraqi refugees have returned home from Egypt, Jordan and Syria on government-funded plane rides, and Baghdad has also paid for bus rides back to Iraq for refugees living in neighboring countries. However, Refugees International believes the government should not be handing out free trips home because it has not established the security and essential services Iraqis need to return and rebuild their lives.
