This man is living in an official camp with his wife and granddaughter. His son is receiving medical treatment in the camp for a broken leg. His daughter-in-law and his 2 year-old granddaughter were killed in the earthquake. He explained, “As soon as I can, I want to leave this camp and begin rebuilding my house. I was a farmer, and I want to return to my land. I had a good house before the earthquake. Every thing I built for my family for the past 50 years was destroyed in 50 seconds.” He has heard that families from his village are moving down in order to survive the winter.
