A Kashmiri woman cooks for her family inside an evacuation tent camp in Muzaffarabad, capital of Pakistan-administered Kashmir. Pakistan and international relief agencies are scambling to deliver vital aid to remote parts of the quake-stricken country as a top official complained the world was not doing enough to help. With winter approaching and rain predicted soon, relief workers were racing against time to reach countless people cut off by the deadly October 8 quake. Refugees International is calling on donor governments to find the political will and the resources to respond to the South Asia earthquake.
