In Rangpur, camp three, a woman holds her crying baby as she goes about her morning duties as a mother. Her home is nothing more than a skeleton bamboo frame with some thin sheeting attached to give the semblance of privacy. With little access to water, the residents suffer from a variety of chronic health problems, many of which could be prevented with proper sanitation and the simple repair of a few broken wells.
