Liberian refugees in Sierra Leon say tey must sell their ration cards in order to receive transportation back to Liberia, but once they are at the IDP camps in Liberia they cannot verify their refugee status to receive food distributions in the temporary transit camps in Liberia. UNHCR is using temporary feeding lists to help ensure people continue to receive food. If a family misses food distributions twice, UNHCR assumes they are not coming back.
