Many of the refugees wanted to take advantage of skills training oppurtunities in the Sierra Leon refugee camps before returning to Liberia. They also explained that they wanted their children to finish the school year. Sadly, due to budget shortfalls in 2002, there are still not enough training programs for all of the refugees who want to take advantage of them.
