Visual Mission Sri Lanka 2003- Family of Tamil IDP's

This family of internally displaced Tamils is living in the Nilavelli welfare center in the Trincomalee area of eastern Sri Lanka. The welfare center is run by the government and houses 400 families. Many of these families are unable to return to their homes because they are landless or unable to reclaim property they previously owned.
