At Bunia General Hospital, doctors and nurses offer medical care, but food and other support must be furnished by family members.  Mothers stay with hospitalized children.  Families take care of husbands, wives and siblings.  This woman is the mother of a paralyzed son.  She cooks his meals outside the hospital.
