This Sudanese "Lost Girl" does not have any family to help her with the myriad chores she must complete to care for her three younger siblings. She must do the work alone, which often forces her to miss school. "If I can complete my education, I would like to be a doctor," she told RI. "If I can get my chores done early in the morning, then I can go to school, but if an uncle comes to me and says I must fetch wood or water, then I must do this, because if you do not, you can be beaten."
