“I would be ready to go back to Burundi, if what they called the trilogy—the administration, the population, and the security forces—worked together hand in hand. But this is not what is taking place. The administration is in Bujumbura, and it is not handling the administration inside the country. Inside the country, what we see is the guerillas and the military. So I do not have a place there. The time is not right for me to go back to Burundi.”
