Feelings of distress, frustration, resentment, disappointment, and anger among the bidun of Kuwait are palpable. The older generation patiently holds out hope for a resolution to their plight. Their prospects more bleak, young bidun are less patient. Their message, scrawled on a wall in Jahra, asks, “Without until when?”
