Displaced Iraqis like these face a lack of access to healthcare, housing and education services both inside and outside of Iraq. The UN has called the situation an emerging humanitarian crisis that requires an immediate response; however, they have yet to exert the political and operational will to respond in a coordinated and effective manner.
