Refugees International launched a mission to the Balkans to assess the issue of minority returns throughout the region, an issue RI has looked at on previous visits to the region. There are currently 1.2 million refugees and internally displaced people in the Former Republic of Yugoslavia and Bosnia Herzegovina.
