Horn of Africa: Displaced Still Need Aid and Protection

Severe famine in the Horn of Africa continues to affect over 13 million people, including several hundred thousand refugees who have sought refuge in Kenya and Ethiopia. Their situation grows more complicated by the day, as the onset of rains exacerbates the spread of disease and fighting threatens populations already suffering from hunger.  These displaced deserve our renewed attention, continued aid, and protection.
