New York Circle Hosts "Pakistan: Hopes Submerged, Resilience Remains"

The New York Circle of Refugees International held the event "Pakistan: Hopes Submerged, Resilience Remains" on
November 15, 2010 at the Bohemian Benevolent and Literary Association. The event drew attention to the recent floods in
Pakistan as well as the broader implications of climate change on
development and stability in other at-risk countries. Her Majesty Queen
Noor, Lord Malloch-Brown, RI President Michel Gabaudan and RI Climate
Displacement Program Manager Alice Thomas were featured at the event.
