Gaddafi's Fall Must Mean Dignity and Freedom for All

RI recently returned from Libya, where we heard disturbing accounts of National Transitional Council (NTC) fighters abusing sub-Saharan migrants and minority Libyans believed to have supported Muammar Gaddafi. These groups continue to be harassed and attacked, but the NTC is doing little to provide protection or punish perpetrators. RI is urging the NTC to change its approach, and is pressing the US to engage Libya’s new leadership on this issue.
